Prof. Xia is a fellow of China Management Academy of Sciences and the Executive director of Research Center for Foreign Economic Theory, Peking University. He received his MA and PhD degrees from Fudan University, Shanghai. Most of Xia’s research has concentrated on the Labor Economics, Institutional Economics and Public Policy. He has published many books, papers, articles in professional journals. Xia is also a reviewer of the journal of the world economy and the journal of the economic research.
