Prof. Ouyang received his Ph.D. from Hong Kong University. His research interests include corporate finance, investment policies, international finance. He teaches courses in Investment and Banking, Behavioral Finance and financial Derivatives. Ouyang is the winner of Swire-HKU Doctoral Scholarship in 2001.
