Prof. Lin used to be a Professor in the University of Nebraska (Omaha) and former President of Chinese Economists Society (CES). He is a member of American Economic Society,  research fellow of East Asia Institute, National University of Singapore (part time). Prof. Lin's research interests focus on public finance.
