Prof. Liu received her Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University. She was a senior member in Labor Economics at Oxford University from 2002 to 2004. Prof. Liu’s research focuses on the issue of profit?? sharing, which leads to her book, The Application of Profit-Sharing in Chinese Enterprise, (2002 for the first edition and 2004 for the 2nd editon), Fudan University Press. She has also published numerous articles in academic journals on related topics. Prof. Liu teaches courses on Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Labor Economics, and Human Resource Management at MBA level.
