Prof. Huang is also the vice general secretary of Beijing Economics Association and the member of editorial broad of journal of Economic Science. Before he joined the staff of School of Economics, Peking University, he had been teaching in Middle China Normal University for 9 years. He ever taught in Foreign language University, South Korea. Prof. Huang's research interests include theory and reform of enterprises, theory of system transition and system reform, theory and policy of industrial organization.
