Associate Professor, Department of Finance.
Professor Feng received her PhD in Economics from Peking University.
She visited Babson College, USA, in 1998 as a Fulbright Scholar. Prof.
Feng¨s research interests focus on merger and acquisitions, fixed-income
securities, and corporate valuation, which lead to her current publications
in journal like Studies of International Finance and the Journal of
Macao Polytechnic Institute and so on. Prof. Feng teaches courses
on Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring, Corporate Valuation, Fixed-income
Securities, International Finance, and International Trade. |
