Prof. Cui obtained his BA and MA in Economics from Peking University. He used to be the head of the Department of Economics and now is the Associate Dean of the school of Economics. His research concentrated on the political economy and real-estate economics. He is the author of ‘Theory and Practice of Real-Estate Economics’, ‘Socialism Market Economics’, ‘Modern Market Economics’. He has also published many papers in the professional journals, such as “The Economic Science”, ‘Chinese Real- Estate’, and ‘Housing Industry’. He held the visiting positions to abroad respectively in 1998 and 2001. Prof. Cui has been the recipient of Peking University Award for Teaching Excellence and National Award for Excellent papers on real-estate.
