Assistant Professor, Department of Economics.
Prof. Chen received his PhD in Economics from
the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University,
USA in 2005. His primary research interests include industrial organization,
economics of networks, economics of media industries, foreign direct
investment, and applied econometrics. Prof. Chen¨s work has been
published in journals like Advances in Applied Microeconomics and
has coauthored one chapter in Managerial Economics (with Kyle Anderson
and Michael Baye, McGraw Hill, 2005). Currently he has several papers
under review by leading international academic journals. Prof Chen
teaches Econometrics both at the graduate
and undergraduate levels in the School of Economics.
