The Department of Public and Corporate Finance aims at training financial
professionals with solid knowledge of public and corporate finance,
accounting, and taxation. The graduates should possess strong ability
of research, management, and decision making, as well as skills in
foreign languages and computer operation. The graduates may expect
to fill policy-related positions in the macroeconomic management sections
of the government, as well as various positions in the private sector.
Our graduates have worked in accounting and law firms that provide
auditing, tax filing, and asset assessment services, and engaged in
financial management in various businesses. Some graduates have also
taken teaching and research positions in higher education institutions.
The strong faculty of the department, combined with the school’s close
relationship with the government, provides a solid foundation for
the department to reach its goal. |
